Ryan Report on State Institutions

 It is almost impossible to absorb the information about the horrendous treatment that was handed out to our children in state institutions in the last 90 years without feeling angry and wanting to make sure this never happens again, and that those still alive who have been involved do not go scot-free like our in-debt developers. I will make my voice heard loud and clear on this issue. Financial recompense is one thing; an abject and sincere apology is worth more.
