Issued : Thursday 20 January, 2011

Labour’s General Election Candidate is welcoming the RTE programme Nationwide to Bray. They are televising a short feature on some local businesses in the Bray area on Wednesday 26th January at 7pm.

“I am delighted that RTE’s Nationwide will be doing a short feature on businesses just off Church Terrace in Bray”, said Anne Ferris.  “I understand that the programme will look at the history of the old Beverly Bags building just off Church Terrace and they will also highlight the businesses that are located there."

"The difficulties facing local businesses throughout Co Wicklow are very serious and I think it’s fantastic that businesses based in the historic building of Beverly Bags will have the opportunity to promote themselves. The Labour Party applauds and supports small businesses in our communities. I wish the businesses - Bray Upholstery, The Curtain Loft and Sarah McGahon Millinery every success for the future”, she concluded.
