Blogging for Labour
Over the last number of years the Labour Party has led the way in using the web as part of our day to day work, from broadcasting Leaders’ Questions on our You Tube channel and blog to tweeting and publishing photographs on Flickr. The Labour Party was the first to realise the potential of the internet for Irish politics. We were the first to use Flickr, Twitter, You Tube; not to mention the numbers of Labour representatives’ blogging.
Where Labour goes, others follow.
Labour bloggers realised the potential the medium has for engaging directly with people on the internet. Below you will see a blogroll of our Labour bloggers as well as other links which may be of interest to you.
You may also wish to follow us on Twitter. Labour was one of the early Irish users of Twitter which allows us to tweet short messages relating to all aspects of our work. We regularly post messages and occasionally those who follow us receive sneak previews of things we are doing.
Of course you will also find us on Flickr and Facebook.
If you are a blogger and think we should be linking to your site, contact us and let us know the details.
