Welcome from Mayor Ciaran Byrne

As a County Councillor, I have worked hard on behalf of residents to deliver better facilities in the Balbriggan Electoral Area and in Fingal as a whole. I have done this by representing, within the Council, specific issues that individuals, families and community groups have raised with me.

I have also worked to support enterprise and job creation and, at a strategic level, on longer term issues that will shape the quality of our lives in Fingal in years to come. I have done this as Chairman of the Fingal County Development Board: www.fdb.ie, Chairman of the Fingal LEADER Partnership company, as a founder member of the Dublin Airport Stakeholders Forum and on the Fingal County Enterprise Board.
