I have lived in Cloonmore, Jobstown with my family since I was three-years-old. I have always had a strong personal commitment to equality and a firm belief in everybody having access to a good quality of life. My priorities are to represent the people of the area I wish to serve in as open and accessible way as possible. I believe that everybody should have access to appropriate, safe and comfortable housing; that our areas should contain sports and recreational facilities for all residents especially families and children and that we all deserve to live in safe, clean, well-maintained environments. As local government plays a strong role in all of these services, I think it is vital that we have passionate local people representing our areas in the local authority.

Having worked previously as a reporter with the Tallaght Echo newspaper, I am very aware of the issues that are faced regularly by the residents of our communities and the battles they face to be heard by those in authority.

I made this video because I'm proud of where I'm from, and what Tallaght is to me. Feel free to share it and say what #TallaghtIs to you.
