Kilmacar Drainage. Works are presently taking place ON the LS5867 at Kilmacar to alleviate the flooding. Local Labour Cllr. Maurice Shortall says “Drainage is critical both for safety and maintaining our road network and it is in all of our interest that we continue to fund the Discretionary Improvement Programme sufficiently to ensure this type of essential work continues into the future.”
