Progressive Moneenroe Estate

At the Environmental Awards Evening hosted by Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council Cllr. Paul Cuddihy in the River Court Hotel, Kilkenny it was tremendous to see a local housing estate getting recognition. Cllr. Maurice Shortall was delighted to see Fr. Raftice Place, Moneenroe scooping first prize in the Small Estates Category. “ The Award was accepted by Committee member Mary Cantwell and great credit is due to all of the residents for their wonderful commitment which has completely transformed the estate both environmentally and socially. ” said Cllr. Shortall.
