The Housebound Library Service

"One of the reasons I voted for the Council's 2010 budget was the excellent provision for our County Libraries, including the Housebound Service.
This service is for the elderly individual who may be home-bound or incapacitated. it is also for the individual who due to incapacity or illness has difficulty accessing their local Fingal Library branch. This service also operates to facilities such as nursing homes, hospitals, residential and non residential care facilities as well as rehabilitation centres.
This is a free service.
