Family Background:

  • Niamh was born in the Parish of Blackrock and lives there with her husband, Tom Ferris. They have two adult children, Cliodhna and Macdara.
  • Niamh has a love of Irish music fostered by her late father Breandán Breathnach. She has a keen interest in the arts. Painting (oils and water colour) is one of her hobbies.
