Nicky is an elected representative on both Arklow Town Council and Wicklow County Council Council. On Wicklow County Council he serves on the following committees Housing, Corporate Policy Group,Wicklow County Development Board, Arklow Harbour Commissioners, Wicklow and Rathdrum Joint Burial Board and Rural Water Programme

Nicky is one of the most hard working and popular public representatives in Co. Wicklow. He is know for his straight-talking, forward looking and intelligent approach to politics. This page will inform you on some of the many issues and projects that Cllr. Nicky Kelly has highlighted and championed to redress inadequate and unacceptable conditions imposed on individuals and communities in his constituency.
