littering in Orwell Park Dale

I received a request from a resident in Orwell Park Dale to provide a bin in the walkway between the parking space behind Orwell Park shopping centre and the Watercourse.I submitted the request to SDCC and I am following it up to ensure the speedy installation of a much needed bin to deal with the constant littering in the area.
