Teresa is the a former Mayor of Waterford having previously served as Mayor in 2008,2006 and 2001.
Whilst serving as Mayor of Dungarvan, her priorities were to promote the inward investment of industry to Dungarvan in association with the local Task Force; the progression of the Community Resource Centre and tackling anti-social behaviour by establishing a consultative forum with the Gardai and the town council.
