Veronica Cawley is a committed councillor who cares deeply for her local community and wants nothing more than an improved community with proper services. She has
the ability and courage to represent your interests to ensure that the provision of local government services are delivered on a fair and equitable basis.

Veronica is a former Mayor of Sligo and an effective public representative for 10 years. She is married to John and mother of five children and employed at the Institute of Technology, Sligo.

She continues to campaign on issues such as

• Retention of health care services at Sligo General Hospital.
• Improve education services for everyone.
• Provision of sustainable housing and infrastructure.
• Community focused crime prevention.
• Proper funding for our community facilities and youth services.
