Branch history/plans:

One of the largest Labour Youth branches in the country, UCC Labour Youth has made major strides in recent years.

As well as helping in ex-Chair's Alan Kelly election as MEP this year, we have taken part in many campaigns including the successful campaign against the reintroduction of full third-level fees.

We have run various events already this year including informative talks on the history of Labour and Palestine, film nights, as well as taking part in a Model Dail (in which we won Best Political Party)

We have many more events planned for the rest of the year, including a talk from Senator Ivana Bacik, a quiz, talks on socialism, and an economic conference at the end of the year.

While it has never been a better time to join Labour, it's equally never been a better time to join UCC Labour Youth!
