Conference condemns the Coalition Government for its failure to develop a coherent spatial strategy for the country and for its failure to address the growing problems of drugs and crime, housing and homelessness, urban transport and urban sprawl which are destroying the fabric of our towns and cities and undermining the quality of life there.
This Conference determines to produce a national policy on urban renewal which will ensure balanced social and economic regeneration of our urban communities.
