Labour group pays tribute to Dublin City Manager

The Labour Group in Dublin City Council has extended its best wishes after the Dublin City Manager, John Fitzgerald, announced he is to leave his post in June this year.
Councillor Humphreys said: “We would like to take this opportunity to wish the City Manager all the best for the future and to thank him for his great contribution to the city of Dublin.
“He will be remembered for the regeneration of areas such as Ballymum and O’Connell Street among others and for being a forward thinker bringing Dublin City and Dublin City Council into the 21st Century during a time of unprecedented wealth. He has been an asset to the city and we thank him for his dedication and hard work.”
