Tom Johnson Summer School 2013 - From Lock Out to Left Out'

The annual Tom Johnson Summer is taking place this year in Cork on June 14th - June 16th with the theme ‘From Lock Out to Left Out: Focusing the Dialogue Onto Present Day Ireland’.

Among the speakers at this year’s Tom Johnson Summer School will be the President of Canada’s New Democratic Party Rebecca Blaikie, author Padraig Yeates, SIPTU’s Ethel Buckley, BeLongTo’s Michael Barron, disability and Traveller rights’ activist Rosaleen McDonagh, the Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore and the weekend will be opened by Frances Byrne - CEO of Open. Panel discussions will be held throughout the weekend and the Labour Party archive will be on display.
